Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
There is no commandment greater than these.”
– Mark 12:30-31 30
Youth are the future, and yet many are not prepared to enter what can be a very confusing world. Without a solid faith foundation, many struggle to combat the pressures that they face on a daily basis. Our primary goal at Shirley Christian Fellowship is to help young people discover and develop a genuine relationship with Jesus as their Savior and King. Out of this core relationship with Jesus, youth discover how to love and serve others well.
At SCF Youth, our key mission is to create a safe place where everyone feels acceptance, experiences belonging, and feels cared for. We do this by creating a welcoming environment, instilling a sense of celebration, community building, leadership, Christ encounter, mission awareness, and purpose through partnership with parents and qualified adults in our church community.
We meet weekly at the church with bible study, small group interaction, friendship building, and with special games and activities. Youth from grades 6-12 are invited to participate by completing the registration form and returning the permission slip. We invite you to come and be a part of what the Lord is doing with our youth at SCF!
Abundant Blessings,
